Forgotten your password?
If you can't remember your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login form. We'll send a password-reset link to your registered email address. Click the link, choose a new password, and return to sign in. Password-reset links expire after 24 hours for security.
Make sure you have access to the email address registered on your pausbet account. If you no longer have access to that email, contact our support team. We can verify your identity using your KYC documents (government ID and proof of address) and update your email on file.

Use a strong, unique password
At least 8 characters, mixing upper/lower case, numbers, and symbols. Never reuse passwords from other accounts.

Enable two-factor authentication
Available in account settings. You'll receive a one-time code via SMS or email each time you sign in from a new device.

Never share your password or 2FA codes
pausbet support will never ask for your password via email or phone. If someone does, report it to our support team immediately.

Log out after each session
Always sign out when using a shared or public device. Clear your browser cache and cookies regularly.
Trouble signing in?
If you encounter errors when trying to sign in, check the following:
- Username or email incorrect. Verify you're using the exact username or email registered on your pausbet account. Username matching is case-sensitive.
- Password incorrect. Passwords are also case-sensitive. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password?" link to reset it.
- Account suspended or closed. If your account has been suspended due to a violation or security issue, you will not be able to sign in. Check your email for notifications from pausbet support.
- Geolocation mismatch. If you're signing in from a jurisdiction where pausbet is not available, login will be denied. Verify your location and check our jurisdiction policy.
- Browser or network issue. Clear your browser cookies and cache, then try again. If using a VPN or proxy, disable it and sign in from your standard network connection.
