These terms of use govern your access to and use of pausbet services, including our sportsbook (football, esports, other markets), live-dealer casino tables, slot games, and all related features. By creating an account on pausbet, you accept these terms in full. We encourage you to read them carefully before depositing funds or placing any decisions.
At pausbet, we operate under strict compliance requirements. We collect and verify personal information, enforce account-security practices, and process deposits and withdrawals using regulated payment channels. Our services are available only in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted. You are responsible for confirming that access and use comply with your own jurisdiction's laws.
This document sets out our core policies on account eligibility, deposits and withdrawals, bonus terms, liability, dispute resolution, and more. Account Eligibility and Registration
To open a pausbet account, you must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to use online gaming services in your jurisdiction. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited by law. During registration, you provide an email address and password; this information must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.

Deposits and Account Balance
pausbet accepts deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment (e-wallets), e-wallet (unified payment code), and bank virtual accounts from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Deposits are processed by third-party payment partners; we are not responsible for delays or errors caused by your bank or e-wallet provider. Confirm that your payment method is properly registered in your name before depositing.
Your account balance reflects the sum of your deposits minus any withdrawals, plus any winnings or cashback credits. All game outcomes (football decisions, live-dealer results, slot spins) are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of documented system error. We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud or account manipulation and may reverse transactions if warranted.
We do not charge fees for deposits. Withdrawal fees, if any, are disclosed at the time of withdrawal. Funds deposited remain your property and are held separately from pausbet operational funds in segregated accounts.
Withdrawals require account verification
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by uploading a government ID and proof of address. Once verified, you may withdraw your balance to any supported payment method. Processing times depend on the payment method and may take 1–2 business days for bank transfers or several hours for e-wallets.
Bonuses, Offers, and Cashback
pausbet may offer promotional bonuses, cashback, or other incentives from time to time. Each offer carries specific terms (minimum deposit, minimum turnover, expiry date, eligible games). We publish the full terms in your account before you opt in. If you accept an offer, you agree to its terms in full.
Bonuses are credited to your account balance as a separate credit or cash. Cashback is calculated based on your weekly or monthly turnover and accrues automatically (no turnover requirement applies for withdrawal unless stated otherwise). Unless explicitly stated, bonus funds carry no withdrawal restrictions—you may withdraw or use them as you wish.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If we determine that an account has engaged in abuse of promotional terms (for example, betting on opposite outcomes to guarantee a bonus payout), we may forfeit the bonus and close the account.
Football Markets, Live Casinoand Slots
Our football sportsbook covers Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, and many other leagues and tournaments. We offer pre-match and live markets with prices updated in real-time. Decisions settle based on the official final result as announced by the relevant league or tournament organizer. If a match is postponed, cancelled, or moved to a different date, we apply industry-standard settlement rules (typically: decisions remain open until the match is played, or are voided if the match is permanently cancelled).
Live-dealer casino tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) operate with live dealers streamed in real-time. Outcomes are determined by the physical dealing or spinning; we do not manipulate results. Each table has its own house rules (minimum/maximum bet, specific payouts); these are published on the table page before you join.
Slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways, and others) are automated games with outcomes determined by random-number generators. Each spin is independent; previous results do not influence future spins. Payout tables are published in-game and are fixed. We do not adjust payouts based on account history or player preference.
Liability, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction Notice
pausbet provides our services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate pricing, or freedom from technical errors. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of pausbet. Our total liability for any single claim is limited to the amount you have deposited in your account during the preceding 12 months.
If you believe pausbet has made an error or treated you unfairly, contact our support team with evidence. We investigate all disputes in good faith. If we cannot reach agreement, disputes may be escalated to arbitration or court proceedings in Jakarta, Indonesia, or according to the law specified in your jurisdiction (whichever applies). These terms are governed by Indonesian law to the extent applicable; where they conflict with local law, local law takes precedence.
We do not warrant that our platform is free from viruses, malware, or security breaches. Use strong passwords, enable two-factor authentication, and avoid public Wi-Fi when accessing your account. You assume all risk of unauthorised access; pausbet is not liable for losses due to compromised credentials.
Our Data and Privacy Commitments
We collect personal information—name, email, phone, ID number, address—to verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. This data is encrypted, stored securely, and shared only with payment partners and regulatory authorities as required. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing. You have the right to request a copy of your data, request correction of errors, or request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements). Contact our support team or submit a data-access request through your account settings. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close your account immediately if: you violate these terms; you provide false information; we detect fraud or AML violations; you breach local law; or you engage in abusive behaviour toward our staff or other users. If we close your account, we will attempt to notify you; any remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method (subject to KYC verification).
You may request account closure at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; you may apply for a new account after a 30-day cooling-off period.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes (affecting your rights or obligations) will be announced via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of pausbet after the update date indicates acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept changes, you may close your account before the effective date.
